Simple site management solution for small web dev teams sporting (among other features) : robust RSS 1.0 news syndication, a cache-friendly component-based design, and link proxying. Display layer is XHTML 1 Strict and CSS. Users can upload alternate stylesheets that can be applied by users and nonusers while they're at the site. Easy to modify (requires some knowledge of PHP).
